I through I trying to jailbreak install homebrew with a WiFi but this is so stupid!

Yeah, Nintendo took the WiFi components out of the Wii mini

To jailbreak the Wii mini, you need the Bluebomb exploit (Bluebomb - WiiBrew). You can then enable wired internet using Ethernet Enabler (Ethernet Enabler - WiiBrew). The Wii mini does not have the hardware required for wireless internet.
