Do you have nintendo switch online?

If so how did you buy? Because I'm trying and I'm not succeeding because in the settings I'm on the United States and it doesn't recognize Israel's zip code and I can't go in to buy it if I put it on Israel.
I would appreciate the help of experts here.

I am not sure how to handle that one. I'm under my System Settings, right now, and when I select "Region", the only options I have are Japan, The Americas, Europe, Australia/New Zealand, and Hong Kong/Taiwan/South Korea.
