Switch Switch Zelda TOTK bugged Purah Pad upgrade

Having gotten the Autobuild and the schema from the steward, Josha is not moving forward and giving me her schema for the Balloon.
She is still looking at the small tablet of the statue.
I have updated and still no joy.
Any help ?
