I'd really like to tear these statements apart like crazy, but I don't want to get banned.

The device in question you are comparing to a New 3DS, is really quite slow. A Rockchip 3288 blows. I'd be surprised if it's even as fast as a Tegra 4, a chip that is two generations behind the latest processors.

It's just barely more powerful or functional than a New 3DS, and it won't play the latest Nintendo games.
