So this is apparently a different take on the Family concept by MS. In this case anyone within a given household can use one account to do all their business versus logging out and then back in as near as I can understand it. Supposedly this saves on time and stress - also friends can use the system without the need to create "Guest" slots. http://www.engadget.com/2013/08/09/xbox-one-home-gold/
