Need help with download

I am trying to download doom eternal on my switch, normally all my downloads take an hour or so, but this time, it's 10 hours, I've tried with other games and it's the same, sometimes it goes down but then it goes back up, can someone help?

You might be having temporary connection problems.

Yeah.... No, I've literally reset my router like a million times, same with my switch and I even deleted my connection

@DatNewbie, Could be a simple fix, but you aren't watching YouTube or Hulu or Twitch while your download is running are you?

No, I just have it next to my router and checking on it every like 30 mins.

You may want to check your NAT type to make sure it's open.

From the main menu, go to System Settings. 2. Select Internet then Test Connection. Once the test is completed, your results will display your NAT Type.

Yeah, my nat type is b, I've tried forwarding ports but it has done nothin

@DatNewbie, how about internet speed tests? Is your ISP putting a bandwitdth cap on you?

Maybe you have problems with your router, try another router if you have one.
