Switch Family Membership

Can anyone help? I have tried contacting customer services but still getting nowhere 😔

I bought two switches at Christmas. One was registered with my email and I then purchased a family membership using this same email address. The other console was registered with a different email address but I transferred it across to my account and they both show in my family group.

However, only the one I initially registered shows as having a membership. How do I link the other console to the membership? I thought it just needed to show in the family group but that's not working. I have tried contacting customer services but everything is on email and we are getting nowhere. I'm not sure if I'm not explaining it properly but we are going round in circles.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
