Packed up the Wii U for two months, when I reopened it and turned it on, it displayed a black screen with this error code. When packing, it was not dropped or damaged.
Things I've tried:
- Soldering CM9 and CM10 fuses (they weren't the problem)
- This:
- Removing/Inserting discs/USB drives and/or rebooting
- Cannot update the software (if there is even any update) because the error screen doesn't let me reach system settings
- Cannot contact Nintendo support because I live in an unsupported region (But the console was bought in USA)

I'm searching for potential solutions that do not require a local mechanic (That will be my last-ditch effort to save the console)
If you are someone with some technical experience regarding the Wii U or if you have ever gotten this error and fixed it without using any of the above methods, please tell me how.
