Switch After not playing or subbing to Nintendo Online I got my account RESTRICTED?? (pls help!)

I wasnt playing on my switch for a while and decided to play again and resub on my nintendo online sub in a family plan, then later I found out that im restricted for no reason? I always bought games via Nintendo shop and paid with PayPal.


I really wanna get back to gaming with my partner but this restriction is in the way. I'm currently waiting for support chat/ call to open :((
 
That's weird, try making a new account? I don't know how that happened. You can also try contacting nintendo. I linked nintendo support here ---> Nintendo Support
