Switch Bubble Bobble 4 Friends help!

Could anyone tell me how to enter the super Bubble Bobble code for the arcade version on Bubble Bobble 4 Friends? It's driving me insane!

@Noodle hi! I just looked it up and i can't find anything! I played through the new part of the game and really enjoyed it but i stayed out of the arcade. Let me know if you find anything please,
