SNES Can I Use A Super Nintendo Without The Red AV Cord?

Hi! I am thinking about getting a Super Nintendo. But, my tv only has white and yellow, not the red input. Will the Snes still work? What will I be losing now having the red cord plugged in?

The red and white cords are for audio. Some games might sound wonky (check their settings for mono audio) but it should be fine.

You can hook up your SNES to a VCR A/V inputs and use the VCR to TV Coaxial.
