Capture cards

hey, I was wondering if anyone knows a good capture card that is cheap that I can use to stream the Wii u, 3DS and ps vita?

I think you can stream all of them through the Aver Media Live Gamer HD, though I think you have to have everything set up through a PC first if I'm not mistaken.
