Childhood games help

I'm looking for a few games that I played on PC back in the early 90's. The two games are

Manhole & Eagle Eye Mysteries. I also need to find a PC that plays 5.25 floppy disk games.

Honestly, you're going to have a pretty hard time finding a legal solution while avoiding Steam. 5-1/4" floppy disks don't have a very good lifespan, so I think you would be hard-pressed to find a copy of the games that are still readable. And you're going to need a really really old computer to play them. The best solution would be to us a VM like Dosbox or the web browser one then track down the disk image somewhere.
