3DS Copy the Nintendo 2ds and 3ds with the formatted Flat 32 won't work why?

Recently I borrowed from my friend his formatted Flat32 64gb Nintendo games, I copied to another formatted Flat32 64gb San disk. I tried but it does not work at all . I need help , does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Yeah its not going to work man... The games downloaded on HIS DS were downloaded onto HIS account. Now you are trying to put games from HIS account onto YOUR account, and nintendo won't let us do this. You could log into HIS account on YOUR DS though and the games would play, but it would log HIM out of HIS DS every time you did and same when HE logged in on HIS.

If you still wanted to do this, the place to find it is in settings/account settings in the 3ds. Sorry for the disappointment man...
