Wii U Error Code 150 2031

The error code above mean that the disc could not be read. I tried cleaning it, and it put it in the Wii U. It still didn’t work. It is a PRE-OWNED Super Smash Bros. for Wii U. I got this from GameStop. I feel like I did everything I could, and it’s stil NOT WORKING!!!!!! Any suggestions?
