3DS Have a question

Hey guys, I have a question about eshop, let's say I made purchases with the eshop and I lose or my 3ds gets broken, will all of my purchases be tied to my account or will I have to make the purchases again?

Also I need friends! Add me!

Call Nintendo. They should be able to transfer your account and eShop purchases to a new 3DS.
