How do you beat Cradle level on 00 agent difficulty?

It was literally impossible, even control was difficult (but achievable after 20 attempts) however cradle is impossible in my view. Shame I'll never get to see Aztec and Egypt again (It was complete when I bought the game)

Well I am having to think back about ten years now, so be patient with me. If I remember correctly, I did not beat the game on 00 Agent mode, and there was one level that I just could not get past, and now I am thinking that it is this one. I wish that I could remember more or particularly where I was getting stuck, but for some reason the part where you are chasing the guy is coming to mind as that point that I could not get past.
