Switch I have a question.

Okay, so I downloaded Links Awakening to my Switch - physical copes were all sold out at the brick-and-mortar stores, and I've been dying to play it! My question is, can I take the mem card out of my Switch Lite - the one I downloaded Link's Awakening to - and put in my nephew's Switch so we can play on his TV? Would that work? Or am I restricted to playing it on my machine only? May be a stupid question, but I plan to visit relatives and was wondering if my store downloads can be played on other Switch's. Thanks.

Unfortunately no. The game on your SD card if it's digital just gets archived.

Well, that sucks. Thanks Nemar. I can't switch my download to another switch. Oh well. Ya know, The Big N should lower the price of digital downloads since you can't play them on other switch's. I don't mind paying full price for an actual cartridge, but 59 dollars for the Link game I downloaded... I would have been better off waiting to snag a physical copy for same price!
