NES Legendary Wings

this was probably one of my favorite games to play as a kid. I wasn't able to get far and I don't remember if it had a story line or not but man this game was tight. do you think it's a classic that had its fifteen minutes of fame or would you be interested in a remake/next generation sequel. Go!

Legendary Wings was excellent but I think it's more of a cult classic. Capcom released so many games that didn't appeal to the mainstream, Legendary Wings is a typical example. The game seems to be based on Greek mythology similarly to another shoot 'em-up of that era called Phelios. However, the main difference is that Legendary Wings has both vertically & horizontal scrolling sections which mixes things up a bit. Hope more people will give this game a try.
