NES Looking for a baseball game

So I am having a hard time finding a rare baseball game I played on the nes system. It had big baseball all star names in it and you could build your team and with each win you gained points to make players better. It had a yellow or gold label but I do not believe it was baseball stars. Can anyone remember the name of it?

oh wow, how about Bases Loaded?

I thought it was called all star baseball or something like that. In bases loaded can you add power to players every time you win?
