Looking for my long lost little sister & brother, I need help

So a few weeks ago I found out that I have a long lost little sister & brother. But I don't know there names, or even know how to find them. I'm don't know what site can find them for me for free. I don't want to pay for a site like this. Because I don't want to get scammed. Any ideas how I can find them? I don't know there names. but I think I know there last name, But I'm not sure if they are using the mother's family name. Please help if you can.
