Hello all,
After the boss fight in the Spirit Temple, I go up to the statue to trigger the cut-scenes, and after the second cut scene, it always crashes with the error message, “the software is closed because an error has occurred.” None of the usual fixes (restarting, hard restart, deleting and reinstalling game, archiving, reverting to previous save, trying to make a new save elsewhere, clearing cache, etc) have worked. Is anyone else having this issue? It has occurred in other parts of the game, always during a cutscene, but were always able to be fixed by reverting back to the previous save file. This time, nothing is working.
