What are your thoughts on Mario Maker Wii U getting shut down

@DefeatedAsh859 although i haven't played in quite some time, i always feel sad when these things happen. I understand they gotta move on but wow, what a cool game this was.

@DefeatedAsh859 this is pretty sad but I understand nintendo’s Reasoning behind it. With Mario maker available on switch and the Wii U being a close to dead console, it was just a matter of time. I hated when WiFi services were shut down on the DS consoles as I had some great times doing Pokémon WiFi battles.

I understand they have to shut it down eventually, but man, I have so many memories with this game! I still play it today.

Maybe there will be custom servers like some people have done with Wii games
