GameCube My copy of windwaker won't work

I just recently got a copy of Windwaker for the gamecube, everytime I try to play it its say that an error has occurred. My gamecube plays every other game I got, could it be that my console don't like it? Because the disc is in good condition.

Where did you buy it, is the disk legitimate...

you know, my copy had an issue also. At a certain point in the end credits it would freeze. I know this doesn't help, but just sayin.
