Nintendo 64 Need a replacement label to print

I need a label to Print Mortal Kombat Mythologies Sub Zero for the Nintendo 64 game. I need to print out the right demensions So I can tape it to my game cart.

I suggest measuring cart first en then later put the label in the right measurments. I dont recommend ductape But im not an expert at this haha

You can buy printer paper with adhesive backing, which would be better than tape.
