NES Nintaco .tape file format

i dont really understand this format. it doesnt seem to be compatible with any other emulator, like virtual nes or fceux. i know its a proprietary file format but could it be converted to wav or a cas file? any help would be welcome

i visited it today, i didn't find any description of that format. disappointing. but about nintaco it's more about the joy of using hands like NES Advantage and many more.
