i was looking did a search didnt see anyone asking for friend codes for the Switch which as we know is the only way at the moment to add friends so i started one.

Spam doesn't care. It'll spam until it stumbles across someone naive enough. My step mom got me hooked on Facebook gaming and showed me how to get free points for Farm Town, but then she had to change her email address and I had to set up some strict email rules.
