online games and dead by daylight (Lite)

Hello everyone.
I'm thinking of getting a Switch Lite, but i don't know if dead by daylight or other online games have cross play (my question is, can i play vs my friends who play on xbox, pc, etc?)
same for animal crossing,
will i be playing only with switch lite users or everyone?
