Switch Online problems

I use mobilphone for internet but hard to get online, almost got fault 2618-0516. Ive got NAT D when testing but i now works get online with NAT A for example can i change or is there somehow to fix?

Do you use an Android phone? If so, have you tried changing your router to Google's DNS?

use android phone but cant find DNS config.
