Wii U Shin Megami Tensei X Fire Emblem

I have been out of the loops in terms of news for this game but I am a longtime fan of the Fire Emblem franchise as well as Shin Megami Tensei. Strategy games are my favorite genre and the banpresto Super Robot Wars games were tons of fun (I even imported several with next to no knowledge of Japanese) so the idea of a crossover strategy game with two of my favorite Japanese game series was immensely appealing. Unfortanetly it seems like all news for this game has dropped off the face of the earth and I have heard rumors of it becoming vaporware, which I really hope isn't the truth because this and Bayonetta were going to be system sellers for the Wiiu (for me).

Anyone heard any news?

As of now, there is really no news of this game, but I am incredibly hyped for this. I love both the FE and SMT series and seeing a crossover with the two is one of the most awesome things that could ever happen. This would definitely be a seller for me! I hope we can see this game some time in 2014 or at least early 2015.
