Hi All,
the title speaks for itself, but here a short clarification of my issue:
I recently purchased a Wii U with some noname 3rd party wiimote. A cd of sports resort came with the package, when I try to start sports resort however it hangs at the "connect wii motion plus accessory" screen. There are no buttons on the screen to click, I cant even click and start the wii motion plus video which is linked on the top right hand corner of this screen. I immediately assumed that the crappy 3rd party controller I was using does not have motion plus.
I just received a new nintendo original controller which states "motion plus inside" on the controller. I still however have the same problem. It seems that the motion plus inside is not being recognised.
Am I doing something wrong? The controller is synced correctly and the wii u is up-to-date.
