hello to the community
i have a problem which i cannot solve on my own, when switching on the switch it initially looks like a normal start, i also see the nintendologo, then the screen remains dark and nothing else happens. I can operate the volume control, then I have the display in the top left, nothing more is possible.
On the nintendo pages to solve the problem, we went through the specified steps (press the power button for 12 seconds), etc. We also carried out the point of charging, cable control, etc., nothing solved the problem. Does somebody has any idea? the last time it was used yesterday there were no problems, the switch was switched off normally and everything ended properly. the battery wasn't empty either.
