Is the white 3DS available in America? I still haven't bought a 3DS because I didn't like the colors at launch. I want one that will look exactly like my DS Lite.

Unfortunately, at this point in time, no, it's not, though you can buy an import (that only plays Japanese games) on Amazon or eBay. (http://www.amazon.co.../dp/B005TESMPM/)
