Switch Trying to get games from hard copy into digital

I have a couple games that I have lost and one that is water damaged so I wanted to get them downloaded from the eShop on Nintendo switch but I have to buy it agen I one of them is Pokemon witch I have a very important Pokemon on that I need to get into Pokemon home but it is in the party but the game barely works due to water damage please help

I don't think there is anyway you could get the digital copy from the hard copy, sorry.
