Has anyone been to the Nintendo World shop at Rockefeller Center in New York City? The one time I tried visiting, it was closed due to some special event with Reggie (Nintendo of America CEO) giving a speech and handing out prizes, and another time it was too crowded with tourists to really see anything.

If you've been to the store, what are your impressions? Is there any special stuff to look at? I am especially interested in unique Nintendo stuff that you can't buy anywhere else, like special editions of hardware or Japan-only accessories.
I'd love to go there and see it for myself one day! I'm interested just to see everything in general, like you said, the more obscure stuff like the exclusive Japan consoles games and accessories. I'm sure it's a great museum that will put any hardcore gamer in awe.
