Which game has the best sense of humor?

When looking back on my childhood, I have fond memories of playing through games featuring humorous situations. Video games like ToeJam and Earl gave me a few laughs and hours of play time. Today, it seems hard for me to come by games that feature a good amount of humor. Borderlands seems to be the only game I've come across today, that features a good amount of humor.

Which game has the best sense of humor?

Disgaea 3: Absence of Detention is comedy gold. I have even used pictures from the game on the forums before.

Has to be any adventure game from the 90s. Fable (1996) Grim Fandango. Adventured of Monkey Island. Day of the Tentacle. 90s Adventure games just had amazing writing and perfect timing.
