Switch White screen after factory reset - showing joy controller only ???

After factory reset and deleting account for another owner I can’t get a menu or any start page ?
It shows an animated white screen that shows the joy controllers to be inserted which I’ve done (and reset) but the screen stays white only !!
Any suggestions ???

Does Nintendo still have a help line to call? That sounds like something you might have to send in to them, for service, maybe?

The reset doesn’t help !
