Switch Why I think Super Mario Odyssey was Hyped

We haven't had a good adventure mario game since Galaxy 1 and 2,3D land and 3D World i felt like we're just fillers and really had nothing in the Mario series.
What do yo guys think?

As far as the right forum, I think this is fine. It would be between this one and the Mushroom Kingdom forum.
I don't have Mario Odyssey yet myself. Are you saying that you think Super Mario Odyssey was overhyped? If so, why do you feel that way?

After christmas I will have Odyssey. Then I can finally join in on conversations like this! It doesn't look too good to be honest. Who knows though, it could blow my mind!
