Wii Launch Countdown

Wouldn't it be cool to get a Wii launch countdown going, kind of like the Halo 4 countdown here? This is the code they used: jQuery Countdown. Looks really easy to implement.

Let me know if anyone can help by making the graphics (basically 10 numbered tiles). I can figure out the code part. Thanks!
