Hi there, I was wondering if it is legal to rip or dump Wii games that I have purchased on disc. I will be using these for dolphin emu. Thanks!

Nintendo will obviously say no. The tech community will say yes. The law hasn't been tested in court, and no one will be able to give you a straight answer.
As long as you don't share your backups on the internet, no one will sue or try to arrest you for backing up your games.
