Nintendo 2DS

I got a 3DS because in my opinion I think the 2DS design is really ugly. It doesn't even fold down like the original DS and the 2DS seems pointless because you can just get a 3DS and turn off the 3D. That's what I end up doing most of the time.

This seems like a cool concept, but I do not see myself buying one. It seems like a rehash of the original DS for those who were too late to buy one.

I love Nintendo, but I'm not a big fan of the 2DS. I never or really rarely use the 3D effect, so that's not my problem, but I would like it if I could close it. I know it's made for smaller children, and I see how it's less easy to break, but I would be scarred of the kids breaking the screen since they cant close the console to protect it properly.
